Cedar Creeks Preserve
Walbridge Road (Route 51), Northwood, Ohio
The Cedar Creeks Preserve is a 42-acre tract located east of Walbridge, on Walbridge Road where Woodville Road (Route 51) crosses. The new entrance is at the "T" where Indian Estates is located.
The address: 4575 Walbridge Road, Northwood.
The Preserve is an excellent example of the former Black Swamp that once covered a large portion of Northwest Ohio.
In keeping with the idea of a nature preserve, development of the parcel has been limited to low impact features, preserving the natural setting of the acreage.
Facilities include:
- Hiking Trails
- Foot bridge
- Picnic Tables
- Restrooms
- Information kiosk
Cedar Creeks Preserve is under development at this time.
