Please reserve early. In order to maintain our facilities and staff schedules, we do not accept same month rentals, or time changes. Rentals for the upcoming month (and rental time changes) close on the 20th of the month prior (for example, rentals for May close on April 20). This is so we can schedule our staff accordingly.

Reservations are accepted one year-to-the-day in advance. Payment is required with a reservation. Damage deposits are refunded in the form of a check from Wood County about three weeks post event. Wood County Park District prides itself on maintaining clean parks and facilities. We do not provide keys, therefore you will need to establish arrival and departure times for your rental.

A Park Ranger will meet you to open the facility and return to secure the facility at the times designated.  Please allow for your setup of tables and chairs, deliveries, decorating, as well as clean up and take-down of your event.  The Park District does not provide caterers, linens, table service, set up, or cleaning equipment.

Alcohol permits for Otsego Stone Hall and W.W. Knight Hankison Great Room rentals must be purchased (online, at Park District Headquarters, or call 419-353-1897) at least 45 days in advance for $225 total ($75.00 permit fee and $150 refundable damage deposit).

Please note:  When renting one of our facilities, other events or meetings may also be  occurring in the building and/or on the grounds during the same time period. There are portions of the buildings that will remain open to the public.
