Adam Phillips Fishing Pond

Off I-75 and East Gypsy Lane by the Northwest Ohio Corrections Center. Parking available in front of Northwest Ohio Corrections Center. Please do not park on grass. Bank fishing only. Bass are catch and release. You may keep bluegill. No boats. No live bait. Public fishing April 1 – October 31 only. This pond is a combined effort between the Wood County Commissioners and the Park District.

Buttonwood/Betty C. Black Recreation Area 27174 Hull Prairie Road, Perrysburg Township

Maumee River fishing. Fish found on site are: walleye, smallmouth and white bass.

 

Cricket Frog Cove Area on Freyman Road, 1/2 mile west of the Slippery Elm Trail between Rudolph and Mitchell Roads in Henry Township. FAMILY FISHING ONLY. Family-oriented and youth fishing. Adults may not fish alone at this pond. Bass are catch and release.

Portage River fishing with smallmouth.

 

W.W. Knight Nature Preserve 29530 White Road, Perrysburg

Otsego Park 20000 West River Road, Bowling Green at intersection of SR 235 and 65

Maumee River fishing. Fish found here include: catfish, smallmouth and pike.

 

FAMILY FISHING means that children under twelve may fish with an adult present.
