The Stewardship Department is responsible for natural land management and habitat restoration in the parks, as well as, the native plant nursery and greenhouses where thousands of native plants are grown each year to propagate in the parks. In addition, the Stewardship department conducts a variety of conservation-based volunteer programs and maintains native plant gardens throughout the parks. The Stewardship shop is located at the J.C. Reuthinger Memorial Preserve, 30730 Oregon Road, Perrysburg.

The Program Department creates and conducts public programming in nature education and several recreational adventure programs. In addition, the Ohio Certified Volunteer Naturalist program is headed by the Program Department whose offices are at the W.W. The Operations Department keeps the parks clean and beautiful. Their many responsibilities include: conducting playground safety inspections, playground updates, restroom and rental facilities cleaning, grass mowing, vehicle maintenance and much more behind-the-scenes work. Operations’ offices are located at Park District Headquarters.

The construction Department is responsible for building and maintaining many capital improvement projects including the open-air shelters available for rent, playground installations, and building the archery range among other projects. Construction offices are located at Park District Headquarters.
