Otsego Park

Enjoy this 21-acre park overlooking the Maumee River with a rental hall, playgrounds, river walk, boat launch, fishing spot, and a rental hall built by the Civilian Conservation Corps. Otsego Park was established in 1937 and is the oldest of the Wood County Park District properties. It’s also a great place to catch the sunset.

Otsego Stone Hall
- Site limit is 120.
- Available 10:00 am – Midnight.
- Room 32′ x 60′ and a kitchen with refrigerator, double oven, stove
- Two gas fireplaces, ceiling fans, heat and air conditioning
- No dressing rooms are available.
- The restrooms remain open to the public during park hours
- 24 aluminum rectangular tables 72′ x 30″ (6′ x 2.5 feet), 120 chairs (19.5 x 19.25 x 32.25), No balloons allowed. No 220 outlet available.

Alcohol Permit
Alcohol is allowed only with a paid Alcohol Permit.
Permit must be purchased at least 45 days prior to the event.
You need your driver’s license or state ID number to purchase a permit.
Permits may be purchased online or at the Park District Headquarters.
Permit fee $225 ($150 of the total is a refundable deposit and $75 is the permit fee)
All rental fees are expected in full when you reserve a facility. Holds are not available.
What to know when renting:
Reservations must be made by the 20th of the month prior. Please reserve early. In order to maintain our facilities and staff schedules, we do not accept same month rentals, or time changes. Rentals for the upcoming month (and rental time changes) close on the 20th of the month prior (for example, rentals for May close on April 20). This is so we can schedule our staff accordingly.
Reservations can be made up to one year in advance. Reservations are accepted one year-to-the-day in advance. Payment is required with a reservation. Damage deposits are refunded in the form of a check from Wood County about three weeks post event. Wood County Park District prides itself on maintaining clean parks and facilities. We do not provide keys, therefore you will need to establish arrival and departure times for your rental.
Choose your arrival and departure times carefully. A Park Police Officer will meet you to open the facility and return to secure the facility at the times designated. Please allow for your setup of tables and chairs, deliveries, decorating, as well as clean up and take-down of your event. The Park District does not provide caterers, linens, table service, set up, or cleaning equipment.
Please note: When renting one of our facilities, other events or meetings may also be occurring in the building and/or on the grounds during the same time period. There are portions of the buildings that will remain open to the public.
